BREAKING: ATTACK ON FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS OF JOURNALIST
LeRoy Truth is currently in the New Jersey Senate Judiciary hearing room. He signed up to speak like everyone else, but was informed that Senator Brian Stack intends to prevent him from speaking.
This is another blatant violation of his constitutional rights. Senator Stack is terrified of the truth being exposed; he will do anything to silence dissent. This is what a dictator does.
Truth spoke with Republican Senator Michael L. Testa and asked if he would stand up for Truth’s First Amendment right to speak. Senator Testa and May attempted to stop him from speaking during the public comment.
Will he support the Constitution, or will he cower in silence as a Republican. He should absolutely be standing up to Stack, while Brian Stack tramples on the rights of journalists and citizens alike?
