For the Third Time, LEROY TRUTH Must Defend Against Bogus Criminal Charges in Court—Friday, March 21, 2025, at 9 AM in Newark Municipal Court

Mayor and Senator Brian Stack has once again weaponized the Hudson County and New Jersey Justice System against me, an independent investigative journalist, in an attempt to silence my investigations into his corruption.

This Friday, March 21st, 2025, at 9 AM, I will be appearing for the third time in Newark Municipal Court to defend against false and politically motivated criminal charges that Stack has allegedly directed to be filed against me.

These charges are nothing more than a blatant abuse of power, designed to intimidate and obstruct my reporting on the 3,200 allegations of corruption that I have received against him over the last 15 months.

Among the serious allegations against Stack are pay-to-play schemes, extortion, bribery, sexual assault, rape and sexual assault cover-ups, and direct protection of sexual predators within the Union City government.

Women who have come forward about being raped or sexually assaulted by men working in Union City government have allegedly been retaliated against and silenced, rather than protected. Stack has also been accused of direct voter intimidation and much more.

Bogus Charges Filed Against Me to attempt To Suppress the Truth

These politically motivated charges include:

• Cyber Harassment – Filed by Mayor, State Senator, and Head of the NJ Senate Judiciary Committee Brian Stack in a desperate attempt to criminalize journalism and silence free speech. Stack, who holds unprecedented power over New Jersey’s judiciary, appears to believe that the First Amendment does not apply to him.

• Assault – Filed by Union City Commissioner Wendy Grullon, despite clear video evidence proving she led an assault and riot against me, physically pushing me out of a building.

• Harassment – Filed by Union City Police Chief Anthony Facchini, even though he was caught on camera attempting to steal my camera and tripod in front of 40 witnesses and five cameras.

New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin’s Suspicious Involvement

Initially, these cases were set to be heard in Newark Municipal Court over a month ago. However, in an unprecedented move, New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin personally took over the cases, stripping them from the local court system.

Why would the state’s top law enforcement official intervene in what should be minor municipal cases? According to sources, this was allegedly done in collusion with Mayor and Senator Brian Stack and Governor Phil Murphy, as part of a larger plot to suppress my investigations and bury me under bogus criminal charges.

However, after I exposed this alleged corruption, the cases were suddenly bounced back to Newark Municipal Court, where I will now be fighting them this Friday.

I Will Never Stop Investigating and Exposing Brian Stack’s Corruption

No matter what Mayor Stack and his political machine throw at me, I will not stop investigating and exposing his corruption until he is indicted and imprisoned for decades. The 3,200 allegations of corruption I have received will not be silenced by political retaliation or fabricated charges.
