🎯 Five Sentenced in Early July

July 2, 2025 – Roger “Zy G” Pickett, 24

Four life sentences (racketeering conspiracy + three murder-in-aid-of-racketeering charges) An additional consecutive 50 years: 20 for Hobbs Act robbery and three 10-year firearm enhancements 

July 2, 2025 – Javon “J45” Williams, 28

57 months imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy 

July 2, 2025 – Keith “Beef3” Anderson, 23

18 months imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy 

July 1, 2025 – Quaseame “Qua Gz” Wilson, 28

195-month sentence for racketeering conspiracy, Hobbs Act robbery, and firearm discharge in crime 

June 26, 2025 – Anthony “MG” Rogers, 25

54 months imprisonment for racketeering conspiracy ()

Earlier Sentences in June

June 17, 2025 – Myron “Money/Tunchi” Williams, 31 (Newark resident)

Two life sentences for racketeering conspiracy & murder-in-aid-of-racketeering Plus 240 months for intent to distribute narcotics and 120 months for firearm use, all served consecutively 

June 17, 2025 – Jawaad Davis, 23 (Jersey City resident)

170 months for orchestrating robbery that resulted in murder 

June 5, 2025 – Khalil “Billski” Kelley, 26 (Jersey City resident)

Life sentence plus an additional 10 years for racketeering conspiracy and involvement in a gang-related murder 

⚖️ Pending Sentences

Three defendants who previously pled guilty are awaiting sentencing before Judge Michael E. Farbiarz in Newark:

Naim “Ninicks” Richardson – July 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Andre “Dre8” Alomar – July 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Herbert Thomas – October 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. 

🔍 The Scope of Criminal Activity

These individuals, all tied to the Marion Gardens complex, led years of organized violent crime dating back to 2013. Law enforcement linked them to at least three separate murders:

March 29, 2021: Kelley and associates used Instagram deception to lure a rival. Upon opening the door, the victim was shot multiple times in the chest. Pickett and Myron Williams then evacuated the crew from Newark  . November 20, 2021: Myron Williams, Pickett, and Richardson again used Instagram to bait a rival victim and shot him upon entry  . November 1, 2022: Davis arranged a supposed narcotics deal. During the robbery, Pickett shot and killed the victim at Marion Gardens  .

Federal investigations also documented hundreds of narcotics transactions linked to the gang. Herbert Thomas was identified as a primary narcotics supplier. Upon arrests on March 17, 2023, authorities seized heroin, fentanyl, crack, packaging materials, ammo, bulletproof vests, and a loaded firearm  .

U.S. Attorney Habba lauded the Gang Intelligence and Homicide Units of Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, the ATF, FBI, Jersey City PD, U.S. Marshals, DEA, HSI, State Police, and more for their unwavering collaboration under the Jersey City Violent Crime Initiative—established in 2018 to disrupt violent offenders plaguing the city  .

From Habba’s office, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Desiree Grace, Assistant U.S. Attorneys John Maloy and Javon Henry led the Organized Crime and Gangs Unit in orchestrating this landmark prosecution  .
