CAUGHT IN A NIGHTMARE OF MASSIVE TEACHER SEXUAL MISCONDUCT ALLEGATIONS AGAINST A MINOR STUDENT — FULL DETAILS STRAIGHT FROM THE COURT COMPLAINT!

A total of OVER 50 Union City, NJ teachers AND ADMINISTRATORS so far have been accused of sexually assaulting Union City, NJ students WERE COVERING UP FOR THE SEXUAL COMPETITOR TEACHERS AND Leroy Truth has the list.

SHOCKING TWIST! MAYOR BRIAN STACK HAD LEROY TRUTH ARRESTED FOR INVESTIGATING AND REPORTING ON THE SEXUAL ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS if you’re trying to protect the Union City, NJ School children from the alleged sexual predators!

=========•

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTE: MAYOR BRIAN STACK HAS TARGETED Independent Investigative Journalist Leroy Truth to try to stop Leroy from protecting the unit city, NJ school children and trying to stop Leroy Truth from continuing to investigate and report on these extremely disturbing allegations against Union City, NJ teachers!

Union City, NJ Mayor and Senator Brian Stack, in an attempt to STOP Leroy Truth from continuing to investigate and report on these extremely disturbing allegations, had Leroy Truth arrested and falsely charged with a felony of aggravated assault against a police officer which did NOT happen.

Leroy Truth was Live-streaming on his YouTube channel when he was arrested and falsely charged with crimes he did NOT commit and LEROY TRUTH HAS VIDEO PROOF that there was absolutely no assault against the Union City Police officer as EVERYTHING was recorded by Leroy Truth as it was happening.

Leroy Truth is looking at five years in state prison if found guilty of a crime he did NOT commit For simply doing his job as an investigative journalist.

Also, Leroy Truth knows what these electric victims as he is also a sexual assault survivor and was sexually assaulted by a Catholic priest for four years when he was an altar boy starting at the age of 7 years old.

A grand jury in Hudson County is scheduled to convene on March 30th, 2026 to decide if they will INDICT Leroy Truth an innocent man who was arrested and falsely charged for trying to protect the Union City, NJ school children from sexual predator teachers.

===========

Read the EXTREMELY DISTURBING details BELOW OF EXACTLY WHAT THE UNION CITY, NJ TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS ARE ACCUSED OF directly from the lawsuit!

Why every single one of these teachers has not been immediately suspended and why Union City, NJ Mayor and Senator Brian Stack, the Union City Board of Education and Superintendent Sylvia ABBATO have not done an immediate press conference about these extremely serious and disturbing allegations is absolutely insane!

If you are a parent of a Union City, NJ STUDENT, are you comfortable sending YOUR children to school???

A brave 34-year-old survivor, G.R., has filed a powerful civil lawsuit in Superior Court of New Jersey (Bergen County) against the Union City School District, Union City Board of Education, and multiple Emerson High School (now Union City High School) staff.

She was 16 years old when the grooming and abuse began in WHILE A STUDENT AT UNION CITY, NEW JERSEY SCHOOL’S in 2008.

Francisco Lindo already pled guilty to 2nd-degree endangering the welfare of a child and served 5 years in prison.

But the complaint accuses MANY MORE Union City TEACHERS and ADMINISTRATORS of participating, enabling, harassing, or covering it up while the school did NOTHING.

Here is an ITEMIZED BREAKDOWN of EVERY SINGLE TEACHER & ADMINISTRATOR and EVERY ACCUSATION against them — pulled directly from the Lawsuit Complaint:

FRANCISCO LINDO – Math Teacher Groomed, sexually abused, and assaulted the minor plaintiff starting ~2008. Sent her romantic Spanish songs, made her stay after school to “grade papers,” sat next to her in class and touched her leg, had sexual intercourse with her inside Emerson High School classrooms (multiple times, including the week of June 22, 2008), texted her to meet in classrooms for sex during school hours, sent naked and suggestive pictures, followed and stalked her around school when she tried to stop, continued the sexual relationship outside school, bragged to other staff that he had a sexual relationship with her, and created an environment of fear and exploitation. Plaintiff personally told the nurse’s clerk Eugenia Vallejo; Lindo was arrested and pled guilty.

Note: everything written below are allegations and no statements of fact are being made here. All information in this Facebook post has been taken directly from the lawsuit filed by Union City, NJ former student known only as G.R.

EDWIN MARINEZ – Assistant Principal allegedly made sexual advances toward the minor plaintiff.

Became hostile and retaliatory toward her when his advances were rejected and after Lindo was arrested for abusing her.

Engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior. Participated in creating an environment of fear, harassment, and exploitation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Union City, NJ assistant principal EDWIN MARINEZ married one of his students as soon as she turned 18 which the student shared directly to Leroy Truth in his Facebook comments.

EDWIN MARINEZ has also been accused of having sexual relationships with numerous Union City, NJ students as well as allegedly threatening some of them who said no to his advances if they told anyone.

EDWIN MARINEZ is also accused of exposing hisHudson County Prosecutor’s OfficeNorth Bergen Police DepartmentnMikie SherrilleGovernor Mikie SherrilltMike RodriguezhLea DeMarations ranging from at least 1994 to 2017.

According to alleged victims of EDWIN MARINEZ including Union City Emerson High School graduates Jonathon Almeida and Michael Torres and others, according to the alleged victims, they claim that EDWIN MARINEZ would gather all of the football players into a huddle and then say things like, “ Who wants to see my dick?

And they claim Coach Edwin MARINEZ would “whip his dick out “and show the children and then whoever he caught looking at it, he would allegedlylabel them the “gay kid for the day “and then the other kids would make fun of the children who EDWIN MARINEZ would “CATCH LOOKING AT HIS DICK”. These are quotes from the alleged victims.

STEVE HANAK – Teacher allegedly Lifted up the minor plaintiff’s shirt and made sexually charged comments about her body after learning she had a sexual relationship with Lindo. On or around October 12, 2008, plaintiff personally informed him about Lindo’s grooming and abuse — he did nothing.

Openly discussed with other staff “what he would do if he had the chance to have sex with” the minor plaintiff. Failed to take any action after plaintiff emailed him alerting him to the sexually explicit misconduct happening in school.

Also engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior, made further sexual advances, groomed, sexually harassed, and assaulted the minor plaintiff.

MARK RYAN – English Teacher allegedly Secretly recorded a video on his camera between the minor plaintiff’s legs during a school presentation and shared it with other staff members (Lindo told plaintiff it upset him because he wanted her exclusively).

Plaintiff emailed him directly alerting him to the “sexually explicit instances” occurring in Emerson High School — he took zero action.

Openly discussed with other staff “what he would do if he had the chance to have sex with” the minor plaintiff. Also engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior, made further sexual advances, groomed, sexually harassed, and assaulted the minor plaintiff.

DENNIS MCMULLEN – Teacher allegedly Told the minor plaintiff he had erectile dysfunction and that “she could help him with that issue.”

Engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior toward the minor plaintiff. Made further sexual advances, groomed, sexually harassed, and assaulted her. Participated in creating an environment of fear, harassment, and exploitation.

CRAIG LAPIERRE – Teacher allegedly Pursued his own sexual relationship with the minor plaintiff after he knew she had already been groomed, harassed, and assaulted by Lindo. Engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior.

Made further sexual advances, groomed, sexually harassed, and assaulted the minor plaintiff. Participated in creating an environment of fear, harassment, and exploitation.

GREG CAMPBELL – Teacher allegedly Openly discussed with other staff “what he would do if he had the chance to have sex with” the minor plaintiff. Engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior.

Made further sexual advances, groomed, sexually harassed, and assaulted the minor plaintiff. Participated in creating an environment of fear, harassment, and exploitation.

GEORGE MORALES – Teacher Openly allegedly discussed with other staff “what he would do if he had the chance to have sex with” the minor plaintiff. Engaged in inappropriate and predatory behavior. Made further sexual advances, groomed, sexually harassed, and assaulted the minor plaintiff.

Participated in creating an environment of fear, harassment, and exploitation.

ROBERT FAZIO – Principal As principal during the entire period of abuse, he allegedly knew or should have known about the constant sexual grooming, contact, harassment, and assaults happening inside his school (including classrooms during school hours) yet failed to investigate, stop it, protect the student, report it, or take any action whatsoever.

The superintendent of Union City Schools has been ALSO been implicated in this lawsuit though he has not been named.

UNION CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT & UNION CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION Knew or should have known about everything above, failed to supervise, failed to report under NJ mandatory child-abuse laws, created and condoned a culture that tolerated teacher-student sexual relationships, concealed evidence, took no reasonable safeguards, allowed the abuse to continue for years, and even made their own sexually explicit videos of the minor plaintiff for their gratification.

The lawsuit is brought under the NJ Childhood Sexual Abuse Act and demands massive compensatory + punitive damages. The survivor says the trauma destroyed her mental health, trust, relationships, education — she had to flee to Florida to escape the targeting and gossip at college.

WHY HAVEN’T THESE TEACHERS BEEN SUSPENDED? WHY IS MAYOR BRIAN STACK COMPLETELY SILENT ON THIS HORROR? Union City parents — this is happening in YOUR schools. Share this post far and wide. Demand immediate suspensions. Demand answers. Demand justice for every child!

TRENTON, N.J. – September 30, 2025 – A political scandal has erupted in New Jersey’s most powerful teachers’ union. Two veteran educators and a leading think tank have filed lawsuits and formal complaints accusing the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) of diverting more than $40 million in mandatory teacher dues into union president Sean Spiller’s unsuccessful campaign for governor.

Teachers Say NJEA Misled and Betrayed Members

In a lawsuit filed in Mercer County, Roselle teacher Dr. Marie Dupont and Hamilton Township teacher Ann Marie Pocklembo claim NJEA leaders broke their membership contracts, misrepresented political giving, and violated their fiduciary duty to members. The lawsuit alleges that teachers were told contributions to the union’s PAC were optional, but that NJEA insiders quietly funneled mandatory dues into political organizations to bankroll Spiller’s gubernatorial ambitions.

“When I signed my union membership card, I chose not to support the union’s PAC,” said Dupont, a mother of three and teacher for nearly two decades. “Then I discovered that $40 million of teachers’ dues—including mine—had been used for the union president’s campaign. That’s wrong, and I believe it’s illegal.”

Dupont has since resigned her NJEA membership.

Pocklembo, a teacher for 30 years, said: “It’s an obvious conflict of interest when the union president benefits from backroom deals to fund his own campaign with members’ money. It undermines trust and damages the union’s credibility.”

The Shell Game: Dues to PACs to Campaign

The lawsuit outlines how NJEA officials created and controlled Garden State Forward, a political entity funded with dues. That group then sent $40 million to Working New Jersey and Protecting Our Democracy, both run by union insiders, who used the money to promote Spiller’s campaign.

Despite the extraordinary spending, Spiller finished fifth in the Democratic primary, earning fewer than 90,000 votes. The cost amounted to over $400 per vote.

“This is textbook self-dealing,” said Nathan McGrath, president and general counsel of the Fairness Center, which represents the teachers. “The NJEA diverted mandatory dues into its president’s political campaign while misleading members into believing political giving was optional. That’s a breach of contract and a breach of trust.”

Think Tank Seeks Federal and State Investigations

The New Jersey Policy Institute (NJPI), also represented by the Fairness Center, filed complaints with both the IRS and the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC).

The IRS complaint argues that NJEA failed to disclose millions in political expenditures on its required tax forms, violating federal law. The ELEC complaint alleges the union evaded New Jersey’s $5,800 campaign contribution limit by splitting donations between multiple affiliated entities, giving Spiller’s campaign a combined $11,600.

“Union officials don’t get a pass on election or tax law,” said Rosemary Becchi, NJPI president. “We believe NJEA used a web of organizations to conceal its political spending and benefit its president personally. Teachers and taxpayers deserve accountability.”

The Stakes

The lawsuit, Dupont & Pocklembo v. NJEA & Spiller, seeks a ruling that the union violated its contract with members, made misrepresentations, and breached its fiduciary responsibilities. NJPI’s complaints ask for state and federal investigations into what could be one of the largest hidden diversions of union dues in New Jersey history.

At stake are thousands of teachers’ dues dollars, originally believed to support education, but allegedly redirected to political ambitions. The outcome could reshape trust in one of New Jersey’s most powerful political organizations.

(Formerly Known As Full Court Press NB)

North Bergen, NJ

Breaking News: Shooting

WHERE: 61st Street & Meadowview Ave, Outside Raja’s Deli

WHEN: Evening of September 4th, 2025

A young man was shot once in the shoulder just outside Raja’s Deli (6-1 Deli) in North Bergen on Thursday evening, prompting a large law enforcement response.

Multiple brave women in Union City, New Jersey have come forward to report that they were sexually harassed and assaulted by a male Union City/Jersey City employee. These are real survivors, with real stories, who followed the law and did what society tells them to do: they went to the police.

But instead of being protected, they were allegedly retaliated against—less than 24 hours after making their reports. According to sources, their direct supervisors began to target, isolate, and intimidate these women. The retaliation, some say, came directly from Mayor and State Senator Brian Stack himself. In some cases, it reportedly lasted over a year and may still be ongoing.

Then, in a shocking development, a detective from the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office told journalist and investigator Leroy Truth that New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin had personally taken over three criminal complaints involving the same city employee.

Those complaints have since vanished.

There are no court filings. No case updates. No transparency. And certainly no justice.

It now appears that these cases may have been buried, hidden from public view, and quietly shut down—allegedly under the direction of Brian Stack. This raises the most serious of questions: Did the state’s highest law enforcement official obstruct justice to protect a political ally? Are survivors being silenced to protect the system?

Unfortunately, this is not a new story in New Jersey.

The Katie Brennan Case: A Pattern of Political Protection

Katie Brennan, the former chief of staff at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, reported that she was raped in 2017 by Al Alvarez, a senior official on Governor Phil Murphy’s campaign. She reported the incident to police, she reached out to top state officials, and she pleaded for help. No one acted.

Alvarez kept his job. The complaint was ignored. Brennan was left with no legal recourse and no justice.

She testified before a legislative committee, recounting her experience and the state’s inaction. It was a gut-wrenching moment that spotlighted how New Jersey fails its survivors.

Eventually, Brennan received a $1 million settlement from the state. But Al Alvarez was never criminally charged. There was no trial. No accountability. The system protected the powerful. Again.

Today, Katie Brennan is running for the New Jersey State Assembly—not because the system worked, but because it didn’t. She’s fighting to change the very machinery that silenced her and so many others.

A Systemic Crisis of Corruption and Silence

From Union City to Trenton, New Jersey has cultivated a political culture where women who report sexual assault by powerful public employees or political insiders are routinely ignored, retaliated against, or silenced.

The emerging pattern is undeniable:

• Survivors speak up.

• The system protects the predator.

• Political power shields those accused.

• And women are left without justice.

In Union City, the allegations that Mayor Brian Stack directed retaliation and pressured Attorney General Matt Platkin to bury criminal complaints are explosive. If true, they represent not just a moral failure, but potential criminal obstruction of justice, retaliation, and conspiracy.

A Call for Federal Investigation

These allegations demand immediate and thorough federal investigation.

Leroy Truth Investigations is urging all survivors, whistleblowers, and city employees with information about Mayor Brian Stack, Attorney General Matt Platkin, or sexual abuse cover-ups in New Jersey to come forward now.

Union City, NJ — SHOCKING! In a disturbing and outrageous move, the Union City, New Jersey Board of Education recently hired newly retired Union City Police Lieutenant Sergio De Rojas—a man accused of raping a female police dispatcher—as the new safety coordinator for children in Union City schools.

This alarming appointment took place in November 2024, raising serious questions about who is truly being protected in this city. Instead of launching a criminal investigation or ensuring accountability, Union City officials have now placed a man with a deeply troubling past in charge of the student safety of over 12,800 Union City school children.

Parents, educators, and community members must demand answers as well as the immediate firing of Lieutenant Sergio de Rojas.

A formal complaint detailing allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation within the Union City Police Department has surfaced, revealing a troubling pattern of misconduct and a failure to protect the alleged victim. The victim will be kept anonymous for the purpose of this article. The complaint, filed on August 4, 2010, by a police dispatcher, accuses Sgt. Sergio DeRojas of repeated sexual harassment and assault over a four-month period, followed by retaliation when she reported the abuse.

According to her statement, the harassment began in March 2009 and escalated until June of that year. She alleges that Sgt. DeRojas, who was her supervisor, repeatedly propositioned her for sex, grabbed her inappropriately, and made unwanted sexual advances while on duty. She states that DeRojas offered her money in exchange for sex, pulled her into private rooms, and even exposed himself at work.

“I told him to stop and leave me alone,”she wrote in her complaint. “I told him I would report him and that he would lose his job. He just would not stop.”

Despite her efforts to seek help, her complaints to the Chief of Police and requests for transfer were rejected. In one particularly disturbing incident in June 2009, she states that Sgt. DeRojas pulled down his pants, exposed himself, and demanded oral sex. Feeling threatened and desperate, she states that she complied, describing the experience as “rape.”

Following her report to Internal Affairs, she faced retaliation. She described how Sgt. DeRojas’ allies within the department, including Sgt. Pisani and Sgt. Surowier, began targeting her with increased scrutiny and disciplinary actions. Despite the gravity of her claims and video evidence showing DeRojas’ inappropriate behavior, the department’s response was minimal — Sgt. DeRojas was given only a 45-day suspension.

“What is even more incredible,” she wrote, “is that the Police Department allowed Sgt. DeRojas to work detail and get paid while he was suspended. He was not even demoted. There was no criminal investigation.”

She further claimed that the light punishment stemmed from Sgt. DeRojas’ close relationship with Union City Mayor Brian Stack and senior police officials. After the suspension, Sgt. DeRojas was reinstated to a supervisory role, putting her back under the authority of the man she accused of assaulting her.

Her complaint also reveals that she was targeted for retaliation by other officers, creating what she described as a “hostile work environment.” She reported that Sgt. Pisani closely monitored her work and issued disciplinary actions for minor infractions.

“I take responsibility for my mistakes,” she wrote. “However, it is not right that I have to work under a man who sexually harassed me.”

She concluded her complaint by calling for Sgt. DeRojas’ termination and an independent investigation by an outside agency. “I respectfully request that someone outside of the City of Union City come in to investigate this matter.”

The Union City Police Department has not yet issued a public statement in response to the complaint. Mayor Stack’s office also declined to comment. She remains employed as a dispatcher and continues to face professional challenges stemming from her decision to speak out.

The allegations highlight serious questions about the culture within the Union City Police Department and the accountability of its leadership. This case is likely to place significant pressure on local officials and law enforcement leadership to address systemic issues related to workplace harassment and misconduct.

What is even more concerning is that Sergio DeRojas is now retired from the Union City Police Department and currently holds a security position within the Union City Board of Education. The fact that an individual with such serious and credible allegations of sexual misconduct now works in a school environment raises alarms about the vetting process and the safety of students. Local officials have yet to address these concerns publicly, but the situation is expected to generate significant scrutiny from parents and the broader community.

(This article highlights allegations not facts, every person is entitled to due process and are innocent until proven guilty.)

Tonight, we recognize the Hudson County Sheriff’s Officers for their outstanding professionalism and de-escalation skills—handling a situation with respect and fairness, when so many other departments might have resorted to unnecessary force or arrest.

At a Hudson County Commissioners Meeting, a member of the public attended, expecting to speak during the public comment session, just as he has done at numerous other meetings. What he didn’t know was that Hudson County has an unconstitutional rule requiring people to email the commissioners 24 hours in advance to “ask permission” to speak at a public meeting.

There was no sign-up sheet, no posted notice, and no way for him to know about this rule.

The man waited all night, patiently sitting through the meeting, expecting his turn to speak. However, when he finally thought it was time, the commissioners voted to end public comment without giving him the chance to speak.

When the man rightfully protested being denied his voice, instead of calmly explaining their unconstitutional rule, one commissioner aggressively escalated the situation, immediately yelling at the man.

In many other places, this could have led to the man being tackled, tasered, or arrested. But instead, the Hudson County Sheriff’s Officers stepped in and demonstrated real de-escalation, true professionalism, and genuine respect for the public.

They quickly diffused the situation and engaged in a respectful conversation with the man, who simply wanted to exercise his right to speak. They listened, treated him with dignity, and by the end of the night, they were shaking hands and sharing a positive exchange.

Where other law enforcement agencies might have resorted to force or arrest, the Hudson County Sheriff’s Officers ensured the man went home feeling heard.

This is a direct reflection of the leadership of HUDSON COUNTY SHERIFF FRANK SCHILLARI and LIEUTENANT RUIZ, who train their officers not just in law enforcement, but in true public service. Their officers showed tonight what it means to protect both public safety and the public’s constitutional rights.

Any police department can claim to support de-escalation and constitutional rights, but the Hudson County Sheriff’s Officers proved it tonight.

I am proud to know these officers and grateful for their dedication to serving the public with professionalism and integrity.

(Pictured: Some of the exceptional Hudson County, NJ Sheriff’s Officers who upheld the highest standards of professionalism tonight.)

The post Hudson County, NJ Sheriff’s Officers Set the Standard for De-Escalation! first appeared on HUDTRUTH.
